If the underside of the roof sheathing is exposed our nails will penetrate a minimum of a quarter inch.It will be the home owners responsibility for any adjustments needed thereafter. 10. In the event of a breach of this contract J.Salvatore&Sons, Inc.shall be entitled to recover loss of profits,sales expenses,consultants fees, engineering and architectural fees,labor and material costs and reasonable attorney's fees,together with all cost and expenses incurred by J, Salvatore and Sons,Inc. in connection with their performance of this contract. 12. This contract is base solely on observations the contractor was able to make with the structure in its current condition at the time the work was bid.If concealed conditions are discovered once work as commenced which were not visible at the time this proposal was made,the contractor will stop work and point out these unforeseen concealed conditions to the owner/architect,and the contractor can review and decide if they need to execute a change order for any deductive or additional work.Not applicable to time and material projects. 17. During the course of the project the owner may order changes in the work,both additions and deletions.The cost of these changes will be determined by the contractor.The contractor will add profit and overhead rate of 25%to the cost of additional work to arrive at the net amount of any additional work.The contractors profit,over head,and any supervisory labor will not be credited back to the owner with any deductive change order.Not applicable to time and material projects. 18. During the re-roofing process dirt and debris may fall into the attic.It is the home owner's responsibility to tarp,protect,and clean. If you would like this included in your estimate please add$450.00 to the price for broom cleaning upon completion. 19. Install unit skylights in accordance with manufacturer's written instructions and approved shop drawings. Coordinate installation of units with installation of substrates, air and vapor retarders, roof insulation, roofing membrane, and flashing as required to ensure that each element of the Work performs properly and that finished installation is weather tight. 1.
