Issued July 28, 1953 PERMIT FOR SEWERAGE SYSTEM APPROVAL is hereby given pursuant to Article VII of the Sanitary Code of the Westchester County Health District to Wood Sanitation Co., Ina., 35 Wilson Drive, Roche_Lle, :ew York to construct or provide a sewage disposal system consisting of a 800 gallon mason ' septic tank and 230 linear feet of 24 inches wide absorption trench to serve a two story residence owned by Midge Hill Estates, Inc., Section 1, Block 6, Lot Part of 1 A 3, Subdivision Ride Fill Estates , Ridge Street Town of Rye, New York for an occupancy of 8 persons, provided that I. No portion of the system shall be backfilled or covered until inspected. Inspections are made during regular working hours only. Twenty-four hours' notice is required. II. The system shall not be used until it has been constructed in an approved manner, inspected and back- filled, and the written final approval thereof shall have been obtained from the Department of Health. (See Item VIII). III. Additional or more adequate facilities shall be provided whenever it is determined by the Commis- sioner of Health that such facilities are necessary, for which an additional permit shall be obtained. IV.
