I need you to look into several building zoning and building maintenance issues of rentals on Hillcrest Avenue, in Rye Brook. #33 - there is bulk trash ( mattress, linens) in front of the house which, due to the holiday, will not be picked up. The trash needs to be removed. I believe that this house is being rented out by the room- as a boarding house- and if so, this is against zoning for this area. #29 -continues to leave unsightly litter on the driveway and sidewalk, and also garbage and recycling bins in plain sight on the driveway. The brickwork is deteriorating, there is a hole in the garage door. There is generally a third tenant unofficially using the basement apt. Therefore many cars on a street zoned for only 1 and 2 family. 10/13/2010 Page 2 of 2 #23- the front lawn has not been cut for some time, nor have the beds been weeded.
