He informed me that Milro removed the temp tank and installed a new AST on 5/26/2023. Milro forwarded a copy of their work order and a copy of a Rye Brook permit to me, I am attaching those documents.Ty Cole states that an Inspector from Rye Brook was present when the work was completed. From the information I have received from Milro and Westmore Fuel, the majority of the petroleum that leaked from the overturned tank was washed away in flood waters. There was no significant contamination that required remediation. Please be advised that I am closing the Spill number, the DEC requires no further action at this time.
