Property Description The 15,000 square-foot property is currently developed with a one-story residence with a basement garage, driveway and curb cut, a patio in the rear yard, retaining walls, exterior front steps and a walkway. The property slopes down 27 feet from a high point at northern end of the rear property to the southern end of the front property line at Eagles Bluff. Areas of regulated steep slopes are located on the lot. Mature landscape trees and other plantings are located throughout the property.
