Building Inspector,Village of Rye Brook: Date: ,SUN 0 6 2023 RECEIVED J U L 14 2022 VILLAGE CLERK'S OFFICE VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS RESOLUTION WHEREAS, application has been made to the Zoning Board by JPS Edgewood LLC c/o Naor Shalem & Blake Shalem (the "Applicants") for (1) a front yard setback variance of 0.4 feet where the minimum required front yard setback is 93 feet pursuant to Village Code § 250-18.2.H(1)(a)(1); (2) a total of two side yards setback variance of 5.5 feet where the minimum required total of two side yards setback is 40 feet pursuant to Village Code § 250- 18.2.H(2)(b); and (3) a front yard impervious coverage variance of 2.15% where the maximum allowable front yard impervious coverage is 20% pursuant to Village Code § 250-37.D, in connection with the proposed two-story side addition, driveway expansion and new masonry walkway, on property located at 6 Edgewood Drive, in an R-25 zoning district on the north side of Edgewood Drive, approximately 400 feet from the intersection of Beechwood Circle and Edgewood Drive.
