Letter of Intent:
Tennis Project at Doral Arrowwood located at 975-977 Anderson Hill Road, Rye Brook, NY 10573
A new entity has yet to be formed, so for now we are working operating under our corporate name.
Tennis Innovators at Arrowwood, LLC is exploring the option to revive the existing Tennis Facility at
Doral Arrowwood, consisting of 2 Air Structures, Parking Lot and Sanitary Facilities.
Hours of Operation:
We would be open 7 days a week from 7:OOam to 10:30pm, with after hours until 12am for
Janitorial Services.
The 3 Court Air Structure would be raised from Labor Day through Memorial Day, with the summer
months being an Open Air Complex.
The 2 court Air Structure will remain raised year round.
Sanitary Facilities:
We are currently researching the option for a High End Mobil Restroom Facility.
A Restroom Trailer would be cleaned daily and services 2-3 times per week as needed.
It would be placed in proximity to the existing tennis trailer located on site.
We would install additional Parking Lot Lighting for safety, and clear away offending shrubbery to
create a more inviting location.
Our intention is to sign a lease for a minimum of 3-5 years, or until such time that the facility allows,
and the property is repurposed.
We are presently conducting assessments of the current equipment and determining what repairs
or replacements would be required to bring the facility back to a safe and viable operation.
