The scale indicates '/2" = 1' which is incorrect, so I am unable to perform an accurate comprehensive zoning analysis. Furthermore page (1) of the application states that the deck is 12'x24' and the patio is 13'x12'. The deck is larger that 12'x24' because you failed to include the deck steps. That incorrect information is reflected in your deck coverage calculations on page (3) of the application. However even without the steps; 12'x24' = 288. 13'x 12' = 156. 288' + 156' = 444', not 399' as indicated on page (4)of the application pages for proposed impervious coverage. I realize a portion of the deck overlaps the patio however based on your plans my calculations indicate the proposed impervious coverage exceeds 399 sq. ft. In order to process the application further you must submit correct scalable drawings and provide your calculations on the plans showing the correct impervious coverage information, and all information on the plans must coincide with all the information on all the application pages.
