FEWS the complainant herein and duly authorized Code Enforcement Officer of the Village of Rye Brook, do hereby accuse the defendant(s) named above, residing at 523'/z ELLENDALE AVE. who are the owners of the property at which the following offences were committed, at, 523'h ELLENDALE AVE. in the Village of Rye Brook, State of New York,on the 2 day of, SEPTEMBER 2020 at or about 3:OOPM o'clock COUNT ONE: VILLAGE CODE §91-2A BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED TO WIT: In that the above-named defendants did alloN% or cause to allo%% exterior work to be performed at the premises without having first obtained the required permit(s). Said work is including but not including installing and constructing new masonry retaining walls, front entry platform,patios and walkways. COUNT TWO: VILLAGE CODE §250-10A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED TO WIT: In that the above-named defendants did allow or cause to allow failure to obtain the required Certificate of Occupancy/Compliance for the new exterior including but not limited to masonry raised platform entry, patios. retaining walls,and walkways as depicted in the attached photographs. COUNT THREE VILLAGE CODE §180-23 PLUMBING PERMIT REQUIRED TO WIT: In that the above-named defendants did allow or cause to allow the installation and/or extension of a gas pipeline to the front of the house to facilitate connection for a barbecue grill. Said gas line work requires a permit. COUNT TWO: VILLAGE CODE §113-6 ELCECTRICAL PERMIT REQUIRED TO «IT: In that the above name defendants failed to obtain the required electrical permit for the interior alterations of the l' floor dwelling. Electrical work including but not limited to, demolition electrical wiring, outlets and lighting. Fixtures, with the installation of reconfiguration of new. COUNT THREE: VILLAGE CODE §250-10A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED TO WIT: In that the above-named defendants did allow or cause to allow failure to obtain the required Certificate of Occupancy for the I` floor interior alterations as described in count one and two of this instrument. All the above is contrary to the provisions of the statutes in such case made and provided.
