The fallowing violations of the Code of the Village of Rye Brook, and/or the New York State Uniform
Fire Prevention& Building Code were found to exist at, 4 Red Roof Drive. In a R-15 zoning district, in
the County of Westchester, Village of Rye Brook, NY on, Wednesday September 1, 2021.

Village of Rye Brook 6186-3.B. Dumping and/or Directing water
onto Private and. Public lands
DESCRIPTION:
You are not allowed or to cause to allow, storm water, ground water or water
from any other source to be directed or dined onto a neighboring property in a
manner causing nuisance or hazard.
In that the rear yard water drainage inlet piping systems has been allowed to
become clogged and/or obstructed causing excess water to divert onto
neighboring properties.
You are hereby directed to contact this department, obtain all necessary permits &commence to correct the above
captioned violation(s) immediately. Violations of the NYSUFP&BC must be completely cured by no later than,
October 2,2021, which is thirty (30) days after the date of this notice and are returnable at the rate of
$1,000.00/day for each day of continued violation, or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both. Note that
a re-inspection of the premises is required by law to confirm compliance with this notice & all other applicable
codes.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS NOTICE IS A CRIME PUNISHABLE B FI MP MENT9 OR BOTH.
