Please note that Village Code requires a curr o ' I uch applications and that such survey must
contain all relevant information based on the e r ed work.The documents we received are a copy of
two halves of a 2015 survey which shows no exi i phical contours, neither is it an original or even a complete
document and therefore will not suffice based on a of the proposed work.
In order to process this application further we must have an original current topographical property survey showing all
relevant structures and site features necessary in order to perform a comprehensive review of the existing conditions of
the property and of the proposed improvements.

Thanks Laura,
The application was deemed complete. The survey submitted is only 5-years old, -that is "Current".
The owner could not find the original surveyor in October and we will need a new survey for the As-Built Drawing.
It is not necessary to resurvey the lot twice in 12-monts.
Please advise.

We received emailed comments from Tara Gerardi dated September 29, 2020 and offer the
following information:
1) Page 8 of the building permit application, the signature page.
Page 8, signed and notarized is attached.
2) A current (within 1 year) survey to scale, signed and sealed.
The owner has contacted the surveyor for an update and it should be available in a few
weeks. There have been no changes to the site since the 2015 survey was made.
Additionally, we do not find any requirement in the Village Code requiring annual surveys of
property.
3) Photographs of the property as indicated on the exterior building permit application instructions.
Photographs of the property are attached.
4) Electronic/disc copy of the complete application materials.
We are emailing all application materials to you.
5) Sample materials e.g., photos and/or brochure of proposed decking/patio surfaces/fencing etc.
