1043:03/17/2022 02:31 - Directed patrol as per Lieutenant Arnold for a
commercial vehicle (tow truck) parked on private property in violation of
the village code in the driveway of 5 Deer Run. At 0222 hours, I observed a
red tow truck belonging to Fairway Towing and Recovery LLC (clearly marked
on side of the truck) of Mamaroneck parked in the driveway of 5 Deer Run.
Said tow truck is a 2021 Ford F550 tow truck color red with a maximum load
weight of 18000 pounds and a VIN of 1FDOX5HT6MED62541. The truck' s
registration number is 11560TV (NY) with an expiration date of 06/30/23 .
The appropriate paperwork will be filled out and forwarded to the village's
building department in the morning prior to the conclusion of my shift.

midnight. Vehicle no longer in driveway at 0100. No truck in driveway at
0530.
Video of each time checked, recorded on car cam 48 .

Deer Run
There is a potential safety or nuisance issue developing on Deer Run that you may
wish to investigate and monitor.
The new residents at 5 Deer Run may be operating a business out of this residence.
There is a large Tow Truck parked in the driveway overnight. It is usually
accompanied by at least 3 or 4 other vehicles crammed at various angles in that
driveway.
During the day,some of these vehicles are moved to the street and some simply go
away.There are different vehicles present at different times.
There are many homes with small children and with the covid situation easing and
warmer weather coming soon, they will want to play outside. All these vehicles
operating on a dead-end street raises anxiety.
