Dear Ms. Timpone-Mohamed and Mr. Carosi:
You will recall that the Rye Brook Board of Trustees and Planning Board approved

the captioned Premises. Both the Board of Trustees and Planning Board's resolutions imposed
as a condition of approval that vegetative screening be field located to the satisfaction of the
Villager Planner and the Village Engineer.) Please find enclosed herewith for your convenience
the Vegetative Screening Plan that was submitted during the application process depicting the
proposed location of such screening.
1 The Board of Trustees'resolution further specified that such screening consist of Norway Spruce,Dogwood, and

such work. Accordingly, please advise as soon as possible if the previously reviewed and
enclosed Vegetative Screening Plan meets with your satisfaction. In the alternative, should you
care to meet on site to examine and discuss the proposed screening locations again, please advise
as soon as possible so that we may arrange a meeting.
We look forward to your prompt response. Thank you for your continued cooperation in
this regard.
