Both the Board of Trustees and Planning Board's resolutions imposed as a condition of approval that vegetative screening be field located to the satisfaction of the Villager Planner and the Village Engineer.) Please find enclosed herewith for your convenience the Vegetative Screening Plan that was submitted during the application process depicting the proposed location of such screening. 1 The Board of Trustees'resolution further specified that such screening consist of Norway Spruce,Dogwood,and American Holly(a total of eight trees). C&F:634879.1 CUDDY & FEDER LLP September 11, 2006 Page 2 We are writing to you at this time because WRNN is ready to install such vegetative screening on site and has its landscaper available the week of September 17, 2006 to complete such work. Accordingly,please advise as soon as possible if the previously reviewed and enclosed Vegetative Screening Plan meets with your satisfaction. In the alternative, should you care to meet on site to examine and discuss the proposed screening locations again,please advise as soon as possible so that we may arrange a meeting.
