We are now ready to begin our final stage of paving. The Village of Rye Brook has granted Win Ridge Realty, LLC permission to complete top layer paving at night. On Monday November 51h.during the village approved day working hours we will pave the areas closets to your homes. Starting on Tuesday night, November 6th we will start night paving in the middle lot,between the back of the Shopping Center and the Plaza Building. We expect to need two nights to complete the work in.this lot. We will be working as quickly as possible to minimize our impact on your aright time schedules. After we complete the middle lot we will start night time paving in the main Shopping Center lot. Please bear in mind that the dates mentioned about are our anticipated started dates. Rain or un reasonably cold weather may affect this schedule and delay work by a.day or two. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. We know that our construction has sometimes been loud; we are trying very hard to wrap up a substantial amount of our work in the next three weeks.
