Accordingly, we have taken the liberty of ordering a current survey of the Washington Park Plaza property and now are in receipt of same. Please find enclosed a copy of said survey brought to date on November 14, 2008 and mapped November 17, 2008. A review of this updated survey reveals that the location of the newly installed fence has been placed on Washington Park Plaza property, but for a very small comer of the fence on the southeastern side of your property and not to the extent claimed in your correspondence dated September 23, 2008. We would be happy to discuss this matter with you at your convenience. Please call Martha Levy or myself so that we can bring this matter to conclusion. Thank you. V e vffVy yours, Anny6. We went to Rex Gedney and told him about the door. He suggested to eliminate the door for now and start working on the renovation, as we would like to plan to move in to this house while we are lifting the flooded house on Wappanocca. Rex can not commit to changing the plan and filling the aplication for a while due to his plan work. He thinks we could go for the ARB later - meaning within 2-3 weeks, please tell me what you think, we will do what you will say and we are not going to ask people in the City of Rye. . . If there is some paperwork to fill please let me know if I should pick it up or you can fax it to us. Thank you for getting back to me.
