It has been brought to the attention of the Building Department that a condition of overcrowding
may exist at your two-family house, located at the above captioned address.
The Building Department respectfully requests your permission to conduct an inspection of the
entire premises to determine compliance with all applicable building and zoning codes.

required inspection.
Be advised that your failure to contact the Building Department within five (5) days of receipt of
this letter will result in this matter being turned over to our Legal Department for further action.
