Rosenberg October 17, 2012 Mr. Anthony DeCicco Via 1" Class Mail 7 Whittemore Place Rye Brook,NY 10573 Re: Rear Carriage House Apartment Dear Mr. DeCicco, The Building Department has received several property maintenance complaints from Mr.Nate Meadows, your tenant at the subject location, regarding the neglected exterior premises at the rear elevation,as well as complaints regarding the interior condition of the carriage house apartment. At the request of Mr. Meadows,the Building Department conducted an inspection of the premises at the carriage house and documented several violations of the NY State Property Maintenance Code, as well as violations of the Code of the Village of Rye Brook regarding the exterior premises&interior conditions. As you may recall,we have successfully worked together in the past to resolve similar conditions at the subject location. As such,the Building Department respectfully requests that you contact our office immediately to schedule a joint inspection of the premises in order to; a. Define the current unsatisfactory conditions, b. Determine which party holds the responsibility for the particular violation, (you or your tenant) c. Initiate whatever corrective actions are required to bring the dwelling& premises into full compliance with State& Local Codes.
