Said work is including but not limited to new masonry paver patio, walkways,and composite wood entry steps. COUNT TWO: Villaee Code 691-2. A BUILDING PERMIT REOUIRED (FENCE). TO WIT: In that the above-named defendant(s)did allow or cause to allow the erection of new fence in the front yard of the premises without permit. Said fencing is a combination of wood rail and wire as depicted in the attached photos. COUN'lr THREE: Villaee Code 6250-10. A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY/COMPLIANCE REOUIRED. TO WIT: In that the above-named defendant(s) did allow or cause to allow failure to obtain the require Certificate of Occupancy/compliance for the patio and front entry work described in Count One of this instrument. COUNT )UR: Villaee Code 6250-10.A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY/COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
