8. GENERAL CONTRACTOR AT ALL TIMES SHALL MAKE BEST EFFORTS TO ENFORCE STRICT DISCIPLINE AND ORDER
AMONG ITS EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS TO ENSURE A HARMONIOUS WORKING RELATIONSHIP.
9. GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLETE
WORK AS REQUIRED BY ALL LOCAL, STATE, NATIONAL CODES AND OWNER'S CRITERIA.

11. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH, INSTALL AND REMOVE ALL BARRICADES REQUIRED BY CODE.
12. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL DISPOSE OF EXISTING PARTITIONS, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS AS REQUIRED.

REMOVE MISPLACED PLASTER, COMPOUND, TEXTURING, PAINT AND OTHER FINISHES, STAINS, DUST, AND DIRT.
THOROUGHLY CLEAN ACCUMULATED DEBRIS FROM SILLS, LEDGES, HORIZONTAL PROJECTIONS, STEPS, RAILS
AND OTHER SURFACES. GLASS, CERAMIC TILE, PLUMBING FIXTURES, TOILET ACCESSORIES, AND NATURAL
METALS SHALL BE CLEANED AND POLISHED. REMOVE GREASE, MASTIC, ADHESIVES, DUST, DIRT, STAINS,
FINGERPRINTS, LABELS, AND OTHER FOREIGN MATERIALS FROM ALL SIGHT -EXPOSED INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
SURFACES. WASH AND SHINE GLAZING AND MIRRORS. POLISH GLOSSY SURFACES TO A CLEAR SHINE.
REMOVE DUST FROM ALL HORIZONTAL SURFACES NOT EXPOSED TO VIEW INCLUDING LIGHT FIXTURES, LEDGES
AND PLUMBING FIXTURES,
22. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL USE THE OWNER'S APPROVED ROOFER TO PERFORM ALL ROOF
PENETRATIONS REQUIRED BY THE WORK. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN SUCH MANNER AS TO
