The Chairman introduced Mr. Charles E. Patton, Jr. of �09 Irenhyl Ave. Port Chester,N.Y. who replaces Mr. Charles Kelly, resigned. Mr. Quigel b.lso announced that Mr. C.A.CLmpbell has been re-appointed a. member of the Board for a five year period, 4s of May 195�. This Meeting was called to order at 8215 P.M. by Harvey S. Quigel, Chairman, to consider the appeal of Mr. Hubert B. Stern,22 Wilton Road, Town of Rye. PRESENT: Harvey S.Quigel ) Charles C. Smith ) Members of the hoard Charles E.Patton,Jr. ) Frank M. Mr. Quigel read the Public Notice of this Meeting, also the Affidavit of Publication showing that the Notice appeared in the; Daily Item on Uy 19, 195�. The Petitioner paaia the invoice rendered by the Daily .Item in the mount of S4.59. Cheek 25 Wilton Rd. 40 Mr. Quigel asked that the record show a letter of protest from Mr. Alan J. i4urray under date of M&y 27, 195�-. Mr. Murray ways also present. The Chairman requested Mr. Stern to state the reason for the requested vari€.nce. During tha couree of outlinkng the location where Mr. Stern desired to have a single garage erected on his property it developed that this could be accomplished without the need for a variance from the zoning regulations, and Mr. Stern withdrew his request. Mr. Quigel was radvised. that Mr. Stern wil.k proceee- to supply the Buildiing Inspector with a new plans that should tLLow the issuance of at permit in normal fashion.
