Place: Town Hall, 10 Pearl Street , Port Chester, N. Y.
Date : Tuesday, June 17, 1952 , at 8: 00 o ' clock P.M.
Part A.
The meeting was called to order at 8: 15 P.M. , by Harvey S.
Quigel, Chairman, who read a letter from Mr. Frank M. Wallace,
dated June 13, 1952 , regarding his temporary appointment as
Secretary to the Board. The Chairman stated it had been the
policy that the ,junior member act as Secretary, and would
assume his duties starting with this meeting. Charles D.
Patton being the junior member was named as Secretary.

Mr. Quigel read the Public Notice of this meeting and also the affidavit
of publication showing that the notice appeared in the Daily Item on
June 10th, 1952 . The Petitioner paid the invoice rendered by the Daily
Item in the amount of $5. 61. The Building Inspector received payment .
The Chairman next read the list of property owners to whom notice of
this meeting was sent .

Re : Appeal of Thomas J• Fluskey and Lucretia Fluskey, from the de-
cision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Rye , denying a
permit for the construction of a dwelling on the Easterly
side of Ridge Street , and more particularly known as Section 1,
Block bC & D, Lot 63B on the Tax & Assessment Map of the Town of
Rye.
The case was discussed in accordance with the appeal and after
all the factors were considered, the Chairman called for a vote
of the members . It was the unanimous decision of the members
present that the applicant ' s request be approved, granting a
setback of 25 feet as the plot plan shows.
The Chair noted that no one appeared in opposition to the ap-
plication for a variance ruling.
The meeting was adjourned at 8.55 P.M.
