Re : Miss Adelaide Thorstensen
Dear Sir :
Miss Adelaide Thorstensen has taken an appeal from
the Town of Rye Building Inspector' s denial of her per-
mit to convert the stable which is part of the garage to
living quarters which would make the building suitable
for housing two separate families, on the ground that the
property is situated in a Residence 11AO District and which
use is restricted to one family houses.
I have prepared the necessary notice for ;)ublication
and fixed the hearing date for the 12th day of July, 1948
at the Town Rooms at 8 o 'clock P.M. (Daylight Saving; Time) .
The notice will, published in the Port Chester Daily Item.
I am sending copies of the notice to the other members
of the board.
