BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made this A_th day of September 2022 by and between Melissa Sheinheit
and Ian Sheinheit,with an address at 39 Mohegan Lane,Rye Brook,N.Y. 10573 (hereinafter
referred to as "the Sheinheits"), and Meredith Franck and John Franck, with an address at
3 Blind Brook Terrace A/K/A 109-3 Lincoln Avenue, Rye Brook, N.Y. 10573 (hereinafter
referred to as"the Francks")(Collectively the"Parties").
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Sheinheits are the owners in fee simple of parcel of land, situate, lying
and being in the Village of Rye Brook, Town of Rye, County of Westchester, and State of New
York, generally known as 39 Mohegan Lane, Rye Brook, N.Y. 10573, and having a Tax Map
designation as Section: 135.41, Block: 1, Lot: 30.
WHEREAS, the Francks are the owners in fee simple of the adjoining parcel of land to
the North of the Premises owned by the Sheinheits, situate, lying and being in the Village of
Rye Brook, Town of Rye,County of Westchester, and State of New York, generally known as 3
Blind Brook Terrace A/K/A 109-3 Lincoln Avenue, Rye Brook, N.Y. 10573 and having a
Tax Map designation as Section: 135.41 Block: 1 Lot: 11.
WHEREAS, the Sheinheits and the Francks hereto desire by this Agreement to fix and
definitely establish the boundary line between the two parcels above mentioned, respectively
owned by them as aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements contained herein, the
parties hereto for themselves, their heirs, administrators, successors and/or assigns, do covenant
an agree as follows:
1. The Boundary Line is hereby established to be the northerly and
northeasterly lines, respectively, as set forth in the Parties' deeds
notwithstanding the location of the fence.
2. The Sheinheits make no claim of ownership by adverse possession or
otherwise to any portions of land situated to the North or West of the
Boundary Line.
3. The Francks make no claim of ownership by adverse possession or
otherwise to any portions of land situated to the South or East of the
Boundary Line.
4. Should any portion of the fence need to be replaced it shall be placed
within the boundary line of the Sheinheits' property.
IT IS FURTHER mutually covenanted and agreed by and between the Parties to this
Agreement that said Agreement shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and/or assigns and legal
representatives of each of the parties hereto.
This Agreement can be executed in counterparts.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto executed this Agreement

We were very pleased to be notified that we passed the final inspection of our fence at 39 Mohegan
Lane on Tuesday, and that closing out our permit is now just pending the filing of our boundary line

October, we are hoping that you might be able to grant us a small extension if we run a little over.

preschool by 11:45).
We also expect to file the two boundary line agreements with the county land office in the next few
days.
Of course,we are mindful of our current permit's approaching expiration date, and hope to have
everything completed before then.
Are there any other elements we need to consider to close out this permit?

BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made this _th day of July 2022 by and between Melissa Sheinheit and Ian
Sheinheit, with an address at 39 Mohegan Lane, Rye Brook,N.Y. 10573 (hereinafter referred
to as "the Sheinheits"), and Marc Jordan Sternberg and Alexis Meredith Sternberg,
Trustees of the Marc Jordan Sternberg and Alexis Meredith Sternberg Revocable Living
Trust dated April 17, 2018, with an address at 41 Mohegan Lane, Rye Brook, N.Y. 10573
(hereinafter referred to as"the Sternbergs")(Collectively the"Parties").
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Sheinheits are the owners in fee simple of parcel of land, situate, lying
and being in the Village of Rye Brook, Town of Rye, County of Westchester, and State of New
York, generally known as 39 Mohegan Lane, Rye Brook, N.Y. 10573, and having a Tax Map
designation as Section: 135.41, Block: 1, Lot: 30.
WHEREAS, the Sternbergs are the owners in fee simple of the adjoining parcel of land
to the West of the Premises owned by the Sheinheits, situate, lying and being in the Village of
Rye Brook, Town of Rye, County of Westchester, and State of New York, generally known as
41 Mohegan Lane, Rye Brook, N.Y. 10573 and having a Tax Map designation as Section:
135.41 Block: 1 Lot: 29.
WHEREAS, the Sheinheits and the Sternbergs hereto desire by this Agreement to fix
and definitely establish the boundary line between the two parcels above mentioned, respectively
owned by them as aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements contained herein, the
parties hereto for themselves, their heirs, administrators, successors and/or assigns, do covenant
an agree as follows:
1. The Boundary Line is hereby established to be the westerly line, as set
forth in the Parties' deeds notwithstanding the location of the fence.
2. The Sheinheits make no claim of ownership by adverse possession or
otherwise to any portions of land situated to the West of the Boundary
Line.
3. The Sternbergs make no claim of ownership by adverse possession or
otherwise to any portions of land situated to the East of the Boundary
Line.
IT IS FURTHER mutually covenanted and agreed by and between the Parties to this
Agreement that said Agreement shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and/or assigns and legal
