I have provided the path to closing out your permits, including the one still here awaiting payment and pick-up in my previous email. Why would that be the case? I applied and received the permit for the work and then completed the work. That is an extraordinary amount of money to be charged simply because I was unaware that I had to report that the work was completed. I would like to know how the appeal this process.
