Following adoption of positive Report & Recommendations by the Planning Board and Architectural
Review Board, the materials listed on the next sheet are being submitted to the Board of Trustees in
support of the Site Plan Application made by 900 King Street Owner LLC with respect to the property at
900 King Street in the Village of Rye Brook. This submission is being made in electronic copy with digital
copies being sent to the Village Clerk and Village Consultants. Two full size sets of the site, architectural,
and landscape plans will be submitted to your office as record copies. If additional copies are required,
please let me know.
We respectfully request that this matter be placed on the Board of Trustees agenda on July 13, 2021.
