On the siding use one coat of California or Cabots problem solver oil based primer tinted to Red Cedar, and 2 coats of Cabots solid acrylic stain Red Cedar. On the trim,fences,gutters, leaders, deck railings and gables, use one coat of Benjamin Moore Moorewhite oil primer tinted Sherwood Tan, and 2 coats of Mooreguard latex paint Sherwood Tan. See page 3 for all approved colors. 2. Front and screen doors to be painted with Benjamin Moore(color options on page 3 attached) 3. Any loose woodwork will be re nailed 4. Caulking will be applied around windows, door castings, all butts and wood joints and painted the same color as the trim 5. All attached utility boxes&exposed wires(Verizon or Cablevision) will be painted the same color as the trim or siding to which it is attached - • 6. Sewer plate in front of home will be painted either anodized bronze or trim color 7. All windows will be left cle'an of paint.
