In accordance with the Rye Brook Village Code and the Site Plan Referral Resolution adopted by the Board
of Trustees on January 26, 2021, the materials listed on the next sheet are being submitted to the Planning
Board in support of the Site Plan Application made by 900 King Street Owner LLC with respect to the
property at 900 King Street in the Village of Rye Brook. Copies of these materials are also being provided
to the Village Clerk and Board of Trustees as the Site Plan Approval Authority.
