Upon review of the archival property file and surveys provided by you I find that the existing deck appears to have been expanded sometime between October 4, 2007 and March 31, 2016 without a permit,without approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB), and without a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) such that the property is now in violation of the total of the two side yards setback requirements.
