I have long had concerns about the density and congestion that would be created by the project of the scope that is now
being considered at 900 King. King Street is already congested and this hub, based on the proposed size of the project,
would lead to even more congestion, traffic and other safety concerns. Although speaking for myself, I think most
people in Rye Brook want to see 900 King developed into something functional and appropriate. The current proposed
project is just not appropriate for Rye Brook, especially at this location. Rick Blank
