HomeMy WebLinkAbout32-34 Bonwit .PH Resolution 7.13.17 July 13, 2017 _________________ RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A SUBDIVISION (LOT MERGER) FOR 32 AND 34 BONWIT ROAD VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK PLANNING BOARD WHEREAS, property owner, Ronald Rettner submitted an application for approval of a subdivision plat merging the lot at 34 Bonwit Road known as Section 135.50, Block 1, Lot 31 with the adjacent lot at 32 Bonwit Road (also owned by Mr. Rettner) known as Section 135.50, Block 1, Lot 30 on the Town of Rye Tax Map in the R-12 District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Board of the Village of Rye Brook will hold a public hearing on August 10, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in Village Hall, 938 King Street, Rye Brook, New York to consider the above-referenced application, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Board, pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) determines the Proposed Action to be a Type 2 Action requiring no further review pursuant to the requirements of SEQRA; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant is hereby directed to comply with Section 250-40 of the Village Code regarding notification of the public hearing.
