Subject:Regarding 900 King
Regarding 900 King
I am totally baffled that an elected mayor and board would consider approving a development that is three times
the allowed number of units under current zoning does the overall character of Rye Brook mean anything? Does
the developer assure us that the additional stress on our utilities will not cause major problems? The increase
traffic issue is not something I look forward to dealing with possibly waiting 30 minutes to get through a traffic
light. How certain are we that blasting will not cause a catastrophic gas pipe issue? Are the mayor and board
looking forward to excessive noise complaints, we all know that noise is a health hazard? Is the demolition of
the existing building going to cause health hazards with airborne dust particles, keep in mind this is a residential
area not a commercial area where people do not live?
Respectfully,
