Does the developer assure us that the additional stress on our utilities will not cause major problems? The increase traffic issue is not something I look forward to dealing with possibly waiting 30 minutes to get through a traffic light. How certain are we that blasting will not cause a catastrophic gas pipe issue? Are the mayor and board looking forward to excessive noise complaints, we all know that noise is a health hazard? Is the demolition of the existing building going to cause health hazards with airborne dust particles, keep in mind this is a residential area not a commercial area where people do not live?
