My name is Moge Agahian and I own a townhome (208 Ivy Hill Lane) at the Arbors Homeowners Association. My home is adjacent to the green belt dividing 900 King and the residences on Ivy Hill lane. I am concerned about the impact of the noise, dust and lack of privacy while construction is going on. But mostly, I am worried about any blasting necessary for the construction of the underground parking for the new development. How can the developer insure that the integrity of the foundations of the many homes located in this area won’t be jeopardized? What legal recourse do we have if the developer’s activities damage our homes? Thank you for entertaining the questions posed here and thank you for keeping in mind the interests of the long time residents of Rye Brook. Sincerely. Reza and Moge Agahian 914-565-3063
