The project size is excessive about double than zoning allows does the board want to forget about zoning as well as the building heights same issue. 2. The master plan adopted does not allow puds south of the parkway does the board want to forget about the master plan? 3. The demolition planned blasting may be too dangerous with respect to the houses nearby and the major gas pipeline has the board looked into this? 4. Noise associated with the demolition and construction can be detrimental to human health is the board aware of that issue and are there noise abatement measures in place? 5. Dust created with the demolition can be a health hazard does the board know that adequate dust abatement plans for a residential area are in place? 6. The increased traffic may cause King Street to be the longest parking lot in the Village of Rye Brook. Thank for the opportunity to express my concerns.
