SUBJECT: 900 King Street Redevelopment Demolition Site Plan DATE: June 10, 2019 With regard to the above mentioned project, this office has received and reviewed the following: 1. Plan entitled: " Demolition Site Plans, 900 King Street Redevelopment", prepared by JMC, dated June 6, 2019; Our comments are as follow: 1. The demolition and restoration plan will require coverage under NYSDEC SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activity, GP-0-15-002. Since this action will not increase impervious areas on the site, no post-stormwater management practices will be required. 2. The demolition plan consists of 2 phases and includes disturbances to wetland buffers and minor steep slope areas, therefore a Wetlands and Steep Scopes Permit will be required. 3. The applicant proposes wetland buffer mitigation consisting of improvements to 1.75 acres of off-site wetland buffers to be identified later. It should be noted if the current PUD Concept Plan under consideration is approved, this may not be necessary. Thank you
