Dear Mr. Bradbury:
I’m the owner of 18 Bayberry lane at the Arbors since June 2017.
The reason I moved to Rye Brook was for the quality of life and the excellent schools.
I’m very concerned and would the environmental study to address the following topics
1. During demolition and construction period, how will you address the disturbance to the mice
and other creatures that are now part of the wetland?
2. If the project goes ahead, how will health care attendants commute to the site if they don’t
have cars or don’t drive? Will you establish public transportation? What will the impact be
on (a) traffic, (b) air pollution and (c) safety of the children?
3. What will be the impact to the value of the homes with creati8ng 160 rental units? In assessing
the increase to tax revenue include decrease to revenue from existing homes.
4. What is the break-even point for the developer? Why not reduce the number of rental units?
Thank you for including the above topics in the full environmental evaluation.
