Dear Sir:
As per your request,on October 14,2020 I witnessed the code required full load
Acceptance safety test on one new 7501b 3 stop roped hydraulic passenger elevator
located at the above referenced address. Test was performed by the installer Northeast
Elevator.
The elevator was found to be in compliance with testing procedures and requirements as
outlined in Section 5.3 Private Residence Elevators, according to ASME A17.1 Safety
Code for Elevators and Escalators as referenced by the International Building Code,
Chapter 30.
No violations were revealed during the testing of this elevator.
This elevator is deemed safe to operate
