Mr. Bradbury added that this ends the pending arbitration- the Village will hire
two firefighters by September. The Village has already hired 2 firefighters and

running our compost site.
The Village brings it leaves to the compost site and the weekly green waste as
well. Mr. Bulfamante approached us and wanted a list of contractors that can
come into the site be loaded up and leave the site - it is a defined list of 15 that
can be modified at any time but never exceed 15. As part of that the
compensation to the Village increases to $25000 per year
They have amended the agreement with the following changes - vehicles should
not be under 5 cubic yards in size - vehicles should have signs on the truck and
the Village should have live access to the camera feed and lastly in the
indemnification agreement- the address has to be updated.

We are doing this because state law is not consistent with our Village Code and
the Village wants the laws to match. We cannot supercede the state law and we
do see value in keeping this in our code.
