Home My WebLink About2011-07-07 - Sustainability Committee Meeting Minutes ACEC Minutes 7/7/11 Present • David Bacchioni,Jason Klein (Chair),Toby Marrow(Board Liaison), Robin Willig Excused • Stephanie Fisher, Mimi Raphael, Meg Veith-Heib Call to Order—7:30 PM • No Quorum present—informational meeting only Discussion of Old Business • Rye Brook Birthday Party o Was a huge success success—all plants given away and education on recycling was well received • Rain Garden o RW informed that project was approved by BOE and will ask BOT for permission to have ACEC support on project o Target for project is September 24th • Invasive Species on the Hutch o Letter to be revised, sent to village • Traffic Lights o There are some lights that RB controls, ACEC will provide info to village New Business • For next meeting : Requesting local merchants to offer recycling bins and plastic bag options Next Meeting • Thursday, August 4th,20117:30 PM at Village Hall • Meeting adjourned 8:30 PM.
