Bradbury, Village Administrator Fred Seifert, Public Access Coordinator Shari Melillo, Meeting Secretary RESOLUTIONS: 1) Considering a budget modification for the repair of a sewer jet truck Mr. Bradbury read the resolution: CONSIDERING A BUDGET MODIFICATION FOR THE REPAIR OF A SEWER JET TRUCK RESOLVED,that the following budget transfer is hereby approved: FROM TO AMOUNT 101.8120.403 101.1640.445 $7,970.00 (Sewer Account) (Safety Inspection Misc. Supplies/Equipment) On a motion made by Trustee Marrow and seconded by Trustee Heiser, the resolution was adopted and Mr. Bradbury called the roll: TRUSTEE HEISER AYE TRUSTEE MARROW AYE TRUSTEE REDNICK ABSENT TRUSTEE ROSENBERG ABSENT MAYOR FEINSTEIN AYE 2 of 4 Mr. Bradbury explained that the one sewer jet truck the Village has is in extreme disrepair and that these funds will be used to do a complete repair which includes refurbishing the truck, a new metal bed, new storage boxes, new water pump and painting. A new truck would be in excess of$100,000. 2) Considering a modification to the 2012-2013 License and Fee Schedule for Mid Day Kinderplay Mr. Bradbury read the resolution: CONSIDERING A MODIFICATION TO THE 2012-2013 LICENSE AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR MID DAY KINDERPLAY RESOLVED, that the following fee for Mid Day Kinderplay is hereby amended as follows: Mid-Day Kinderplay: $155 On a motion made by Trustee Marrow and seconded by Trustee Heiser, the resolution was adopted. TRUSTEE HEISER AYE TRUSTEE MARROW AYE TRUSTEE REDNICK ABSENT TRUSTEE ROSENBERG ABSENT MAYOR FEINSTEIN AYE Mr. Bradbury explained that this Recreation program has gone through some major changes as far as cutting hours and days of the week and because of that the Village thought it was only fair to adjust the fee as well. 3) Considering the approval of minutes: April 4, 2012; April 24, 2012 Mayor Feinstein stated that they would only be approving the minutes from April tonight. As there are no questions or comments Mayor Feinstein called for a motion and on a motion made by Trustee Heiser and seconded by Trustee Marrow, the minutes were approved and Mr. Bradbury called the roll: TRUSTEE HEISER AYE TRUSTEE MARROW AYE TRUSTEE REDNICK ABSENT TRUSTEE ROSENBERG ABSENT MAYOR FEINSTEIN AYE 3 of 4 ADMINISTRATORS REPORT The Council of Community Services will be honoring Senior Center Coordinator Liz Rotfeld and Trustee David Heiser at their annual awards ceremony luncheon on June 7th Mr. Bradbury congratulated them both on behalf of the Village. Mr. Bradbury attended a meeting of LISWIC where it was discussed and approved to assist the County with the storm water recognizance plan for the Long Island sound watershed area. The Village will work with the county through LISWIC. Sleep for Solutions will be held the weekend of June 2nd and June 3rd at the King Street fields. This is the third annual event and he wished them success. Mayor Feinstein added that June 7th is a big day for Rye Brook with Liz and Trustee Heiser being honored at lunch by the Council of Community Services and on the same day, the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation will be recognizing the Village of Rye Brook for the Affordable Housing Floating Zone legislation. That will take place the evening of June 7th at a dinner at the Sleepy Hollow Country Club. Mayor Feinstein also noted that in conjunction with the 30th birthday parry celebration on June 16th the Village is having a video done at no cost to the taxpayers. She wanted to take a minute to thank David Harmon who is volunteering his time and other members of the Technology and Communications Commission. That video will be aired at the birthday parry which will take place rain or shine. Mayor Feinstein called for a motion to adjourn to executive session to discuss tax cents and teamsters negotiations and on a motion made by Trustee Heiser and seconded by Trustee Marrow the meeting was adjourned at 8:32pm and Mr. Bradbury called the roll: TRUSTEE HEISER AYE TRUSTEE MARROW AYE TRUSTEE REDNICK ABSENT TRUSTEE ROSENBERG ABSENT MAYOR FEINSTEIN AYE 4 of 4
