NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Appeals of the
Village of Rye Brook.

Lot: 21, on the assessment Map of said Village being a variance from the Zoning Ordinance in the
following respect:
Sections: 250-23.F.(1) The minimum required front yard setback is 25 feet. The applicant's
proposed two-story addition will result in a front yard setback of 19 feet
at Sylvan Road. The applicant's proposed roofed porch will result in a
front yard setback of 22.8 feet at Candy Lane. Front yard setback
variances of 6 feet at Sylvan Road and 2.2 feet at Candy Lane are
requested.
250-23.H.(1) The maximum allowable front height/setback ratio is.96. The applicant's
proposed two-story addition will result in a front height/setback ratio of
1.55 at Sylvan Road. A front height/setback variance of.59 is requested.

each sign.
