Dear Aldo,
There are two open permits for this property. Permit #423 issued on 6.8.51 to build a roof to facilitate the
creation of a screen porch at the south elevation, and permit #424 issued on the same day to enclose the
existing screen porch at the west elevation. So far your client has filed to legalize the enclosed porch
permitted under permit #424, but has yet to address permit #423.
Until open permit #423 is addressed to the satisfaction of the code there's nothing in can do.

Subject: Permit and CO for 8 Ridge Blvd.

I am requesting the courtesy of your expedited oversight on behalf of our client, the Sellers of 8 Ridge
Blvd..
A transaction for 8 Ridge Blvd, is well underway and needs to close on October 31 st.
A final Electrical Permit application was submitted by Zaccagnino Electric.
Work will be done post haste.
I am requesting that when completed and properly inspected and documented that the Certificate of
Occupancy be issued on an expedited basis to allow the transaction to timely close on October
31 st. It would be deeply appreciated.
While I realize that the timing is not your concern, it would be appreciated if you could expedite it on
behalf of all concerned, especially given the rising mortgage rate climate we all must deal with.
