Issued July 190 1951 PERMIT FOR SEWERAGE SYSTEM APPROVAL is hereby given pursuant to Article VII of the Sanitary Code of the Westchester County Health District to Loreto Poccia, 149 West Boston Post. Road, Mamaroneck:sewage New York to construct or provide disposal system consisting of a 600 gallon concrete block septie tank and 80 linear feet of 30 inches wide absorption trenck to serve a residence owned by Raysond S. Saanarco, Section 1, Block 5, Lot Ole, Orchard Road, Town of Rye, New York. for an occupancy of 6 persons, provided that I. No portion of the system shall be backfilled or covered until inspected. Inspections are made during regular working hours only. Twenty-four hours' notice is required. II. The system shall not be used until it has been constructed in an approved manner, inspected and back- filled, and the written final approval thereof shall have been obtained from the Department of Health. (See Item VIII). III. Additional or more adequate facilities shall be provided whenever it is determined by the Commis- sioner of Health that such facilities are necessary, for which an additional permit shall be obtained. IV. This system shall be maintained and operated in complete conformity with rules and regulations for the protection of public water supplies, all applicable laws, local ordinances, and the provisions of the Sanitary Code, existing or hereafter enacted. V. When sludge and scum shall so accumulate in any tank as to occupy a depth at any point of more than one quarter of the liquid depth of the tank, they shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with the requirements of the Sanitary Code, and so as to create no nuisance. VI. A connection to a public sanitary sewer shall be made whenever such sewer shall become available. VII. This permit remains the property of the Department of Health and is revocable at any time or subject to modification or change whenever the Commissioner of Health shall deem necessary. VIII. It shall be the responsibility of the person obtaining this permit to deliver a true copy thereof together with a copy of the final approval to the owner of the premises served by this system before this system F is placed in use. ........ ............ ................... r. Issued February 13, 1951 PERMIT FOR SEWERAGE SYSTEM APPROVAL is hereby given pursuant to Article VII of the Sanitary Code of the Westchester County Health District to Loreto Tocciap 126 Bradford 'venue, Mamaroneck, New York to construct or provide a sewage disposal system consisting of a 600 gallon masonry septic tank and 174 lihear feet of 24 inches wide absorption trench to serve a residence owned by Raymond J. Sammarcom, Section 1, Block 59 Lot =13, Old Crehard Road, Town of Rye, New York for an occupancy of 6 persons, provided that I. No portion of the system shall be back f illed or covered until inspected. Inspections are made during regular working hours only. Twenty-four hours' notice is required. II.
