I• That this department shall receive due notificestion and be' afforded an
opportunity to inspect the systen before any portion is backfilled or covered.
II. That this system shall not be used until the written final arprova 1
thereof shell hai.re been obts fined from the Depe rtnent of Health.
_That Such sewage disposal systen shall he constructed in comnlete con—
formity rith the annlication date and plans as approved or rith opnroved amend-
ments thereto. Any c}ienges in this' sstem must be approved.

structures or premises. covered b-r this hermit.
V. That such sirsten shall be so neintained and operated as not to expose
sewage or sludge, or create a condition of nuisance,
VI. That this Permit shall not -be construed to in�rF;l -date any- rule--vr--r-eq--a--
lation enforceable by any local nuthoritir having jurisdiction,
VIZ. That all dulir enacted miles and regulations for the protection of lynter
supplies shell be complied vrith.
VIII. That a connection to the public sever shall be rinde as soon as such is
available.
IY. . That rhenever it is deternined bir the. Comriicsioner of Health that
additional. or more adequate serage disposal facilities are necessar *, such
facilities shell be provided, plans for rhich shall f-.rst be submitted to and
reaeive the ap roval of the Department of It�;�a.lth.
X. That whenever the sludge and seam shall so accumulate in any settling
tank as to occupy together at any point pore than one—fourth of the distance
betreen the bottom end the fl.ov,? line, they shall be renoved.
. XI. That.whenever sludge and scum is re*loved from any settling tank or any
art of the system, .t shall he done .in such a. manner Fs to cause no nuisance and
