HomeMy WebLinkAbout2515This application is hereby approved subject to County Environmental Facilities Sewer Ordinance No. I and amendments thereto. Your attention is called especially to the following conditions: I. THAT this approval shall be revocable at any time or subject to modification or change when in the judgement of the County of Westchester such revocation, modification or change shall become necessary. II. THAT only sanitary sewage and no ground water, storm water or water from streets, roofs, foundations, cellars, cellar sump pumps or water from any other source shall be discharged into the County trunk sewer through this connection. III. THAT industrial wastes will be discharged only with full knowledge and specific approval in writing by the Westchester County Department of Environmental Facilities in accordance with County Environmental Facilities Sewer Ordinance No. 1 and amendments thereto. IV. THAT the applicant or successors, or assigns shall assume all responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the connecting sewer and shall save the County harmless from any damages arising from its maintenance and operation, or from any damages arising from the operation and maintenance of the County sewer to which the connection has been made. V. THAT this approval may be suspended or terminated at any time. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions shall be suf- ficient cause for such suspension or termination. The County reserves to itself full liberty of action to reduce or close the connection, charge for excess provisions or to take or require other measures until the possibility of recurrence of such failure to comely is remedied to its satisfaction. NOTE: This is not a permit to construct the sewer connection. A permit to construct the connection will be issued only after fulfilling the conditions of the "Requirements for Permit to Construct a Connection to the Westchester County Trunk Sewer System."
